Ingredients

20 g butter

70 g icing sugar

30 g flour

20 ml water/milk

20 g cocoa nibs

Directions

Step 1

In a saucepan or microwave, melt butter.

Step 2

combine butter with sugar, flour, water, and cocoa nibs. If the batter is too thick, add a small splash of liquid.

Step 3

Rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4

Preheat over to 400F/200C.

Step 5

Make teaspoon sized balls and bake for 5-8 minutes until the tuiles are a light golden brown.

Step 6

Remove from the oven. If tuiles are slightly misshapen, reshape with a round cookie cutter.
